- What is the process - how does it work?
- The service begins with a free, no obligation review of your planned / existing website.
- You receive a report detailing the points discussed and advice given during the review. We also supply a quote for OfficeToolbox to do the work and a timescale in which it will be completed. The report and quote are free. There is no obligation to proceed from this point.
- Should you decide to proceed, we supply you with a 1 page visual design that gives you an indication of the look and feel of your new site. The design will use your logo and chosen colour scheme. You may request visual design changes at this point.
- When you notify us that you are happy with the visual design, we create all the website pages then add the content (text, pictures, etc).
- You review the completed website. You may request changes to the content at this point.
- When you notify us that you are happy with your new site it will be published and your website is live.

- Are there any hidden extra costs?
- No. The quote we send you will include a breakdown of all costs. This will include any additional services that we discussed during the free website review. If we do not provide a service (e.g. logo design) then we can recommend one of our trusted partners.
- What will I need to provide you with?
- Your company details: logo, slogan / mission statement, contact information, preferred colour scheme.
- Products and services details: descriptions, photos, technical details. If yours is a general service (e.g. painting and decorating) then we can provide photos.
- Any other details: clients and testimonials, frequently asked questions, news stories, terms and conditions.
- We provide guidance on writing text for your website. Alternatively you could use our additional service whereby we write the website content for you.
- Can I make changes to my website?
- You can make reasonable changes to the visual design and content during the design and build phase, as described above. Once you have indicated that you are happy with the site and it has been published and has gone live, you must pay for any changes. The charge for this service is dependent on the extent of the required changes.
- What help and support do you provide?
- We provide a full UK based helpdesk facility. The helpdesk is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people who will be only too happy to resolve any problems that you might experience.
- Do you host websites?
- We provide hosting through our trusted partners. We can recommend a hosting package to suit your business needs. If you already have a website and are happy with your existing hosting arrangements, then OfficeToolbox are perfectly happy to work with them.
- I don't have a business logo. Can you design one for me?
- OfficeToolbox offer a logo design service through our trusted partners. We quote for this service separately as the cost is dependent upon complexity. You do not have to use a logo: we can design websites that do not depend on their presence.
- I don't understand the text in the example website designs. What does it all mean?
- The "Lorem ipsum..." text is simply dummy Latin originally used by the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a gallery of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into web design, remaining essentially unchanged.
